A magnitude 71 eathgquake hit the capital region of Japan at 7:56 PM local time Sunday. The quake was centered 188 miles beneath the Izu Islands off the eastern coast of Japan. It rattled furniture and walls homes.No real damage was done, nor casualties reported. A bullet train was stopped temporarily as was a baseball camp.
